"This wine is distinctively Sauvignon Blanc with amazing aromatics and additional flavors attributed to the botrytis; these aromas are bountiful and extremely complex, ranging from tropical, to citrus, peach, apricot, ginger, buttered toast, with a slight grassiness, and incredible spice. Although this wine is sweet and aromatic, a broad range of foods will pair exceptionally; there are of course the classics, such as Fois Gras, rich blue cheeses, such as Stilton and Roquefort, but also try this with some ripe tropical and citrus fruit salads, or with almond biscuits. You will be pleasantly surprised!"
