"Once again, these grapes were picked at very low sugar (which is where they taste ripe) to preserve the lighter ginger blossom, jasmine and citrus rind qualities that overlay the refreshing non-malolactic mid-palate of this Pinot Blanc. We call this our brunch wine...it can very easily be substituted for a sparkling if you're out of bubbles or want something different. Our Roasted Vegetable Tart recipe would work nicely as an appetizer or a brunch main course. From refrigerator to ice chest, brunch to appetizers, shellfish to spicy Thai food, this wine will impress on many different levels. Here's to 2007!"
