"In vintage 2006 we harvested individual lots of grapes between October 11th and 25th, and cold-soaked them 10 days to facilitate absorption of color and flavor from the skins. The lots were fermented separately and aged 17 months in 50% new French oak barrels. This full, earth-driven 2006 Boheme Pinot Noir exhibits elegance with high concentration – a combination uncommon to Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir."
