"The petite golden and amber-hued clusters of the 2007 crop gave a yield of 1.66 tons per acre. After whole-cluster pressing, the juice was fermented and aged in 40% new French oak barrels for 15 months.
The subdued toasty-oak nose from the 2007 Boheme Chardonnay has layers of ground minerals and lavender. Warm pink grapefruit-like acidity complements flavors of clarified butter, casaba melon and poached pear. Alcohol 13.9%."
